Kalaw

We ventured in Kalaw to look for an ATM and visit the caves.

All of sudden it rained. Pouring down. We were strapped outside near a hairdresser and a cave. So that what we did. David got a haircut for less than 2 USD and we explored the cave with hundreds of Buddha figures until the rain stopped, almost 3 hours later.

As we were hiking the next day, we become anxious about the trek and whether we should postpone it. We maintained the adventure but we needed to buy raincoats. Luckily tropical rains are no stranger to the locals and plastics raincoat were available at every shop. We got blue ones.

We headed back to the hotel for a good night sleep to charge our batteries before our trek to Inle Lake.
