We were leaving the capital for Southern Thailand, a distinct region of Thailand, connected with the central region by the narrow Kra Isthmus. So we took a Grab Taxi, a place and a minivan to reach Krabi by the end of the day. Not really exciting to spend the whole day in transport but we learned to appreciate those moments when we can work on your (favourite) blog and write (awesome) content for you, (genius) readers!
Our hotel, Kokotel Krabi Ao Nang, was located just steps from the main city centre of shops and vendors. With only a short walk to the beach, we were incredibly excited to call this home for the next 3 days.
We strolled along the sandy beach even if we couldn't see much as the night was already dark. We stopped for a quick and light dinner and call it a day. Tomorrow was going to be busy exploring the surroundings.
